Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 scallions

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste

Instructions:

Chop the cabbage and the scallions, grate the carrots and add the dressing. Mix everything well, garnish with scallions and serve immediately.
