Try This Diet Plan to Lose 15 Lbs. Per Week!

Diet Rules

The diet requires never skipping breakfast and avoiding alcohol, soft drinks, sugar, processed food and too much coffee. Don’t eat after 8 PM and write down your weight at the beginning of the diet so you can track your progress easier. Here’s the meal plan for every day of the diet:

Day #1

Start the diet with a fruit day – this means eating fruits for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You should avoid bananas and eat pineapples, papayas and apples for the most part.

Day #2

On the second day, you should consume fresh vegetables only. Start with cooked potatoes for breakfast – they are full of carbs that will be broken down during the day. Eat beans or broccoli for lunch and some steamed veggies and salad for dinner.

Day #3

On the third day, you can eat both fruits and vegetables combined. We suggest starting the day with fruit, then eating veggies for lunch and dinner. You can drink a smoothie made of fresh fruit or eat a few pieces of any fruit for snacks. Bananas and potatoes are off limits.

Day #4

On day 4, you’re allowed to consume bananas and milk only. You can have up to 3 glasses of milk and 10 bananas.

Day #5

On day 5, you can have lean meat. This includes fish fillet or chicken fillet which can be combined with tomatoes. Drink plenty of water (12-15 glasses) in order to accelerate the removal of uric acid triggered by the consumption of lean meat.

Day #6

On day 6, you can have as much red meat and veggies as you want.

Day #7

On the last day of the week, you can consume rice and steamed veggies. For snacks, you can have either juiced vegetables or fresh fruit.
