I literally can’t stomach almond milk. Can I use cow’s milk

What about using coconut milk? Cow’s milk, I think has all the carbs that you may not want. Hence, the purpose of using almond milk. Coconut milk, like almond milk, has virtually no sugar, and is also low carb.

    • Admin says:

Whatever plant-based milk you use it is ok. You can use coconut milk if you don’t like almond milk.
