Top 3 Weight Loss Berry Smoothies
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp. ground flax seeds
Grind the oats, add the almond milk and the blueberries and blend for a while. At the end add the flax seeds and blend again shortly. Garnish with blueberries or according to taste. Enjoy !
