These 5 Exercises Can Help Reduce A Muffin Top At Home

The muffin top is something we all hate, but it requires a proper workout and determination to get rid of it, and shape the body. The following 5 exercises will help you achieve remarkable effects in a very short time!

The most effective exercises to eliminate the muffin top include Mountain Climbers, Jumping Lunges, Deep Squat Jumps, Side Plank Bends, (Right and Left) and Planks.

Perform each of these for 30-45 sec, make a 15-second break, and repeat. You should make 2-3 sets per session, and rest for a minute between sets.
