- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- ½ bunch organic parsley, washed and picked over
- 1 tbls. ground flax seed
- ¾ crushed walnuts
- 1 cup filtered water
Spin all in a high power blender until it gets smooth and creamy. Garnish with blueberries and mint leaves. Enjoy !
