Stress Relieve Smoothie

Living  in a fast-paced world increases the chances of being exposed to stress. There are a lot of stressful situations on daily basis such as being insulted or wrongfully accused of something, marriage problems, health issues, lack of time to meet deadline, not being understood by the environment, job loss etc.

No matter what is the reason that causes  stress, you should try this amazing smoothie which will definitely help you overcome stress and reduce its negative effects.

Serving Size: 2 glasses

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ bunch organic parsley, washed and picked over
  • 1 tbls. ground flax seed
  • ¾ crushed walnuts
  • 1 cup filtered water

Directions: 

Spin all in a high power blender until it gets smooth and creamy.  Garnish with blueberries and mint leaves. Enjoy !
