Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

Squeeze the lemons to get the juice. Combine the lemon juice with the honey and olive oil and stir everything well until the three ingredients mix together. This dose is enough for 1 day. The next day you prepare another dose. Don’t prepare in advance for several days.

How to use it?

Take 2-3 tbsp. of the remedy every 2 hours. When you take the remedy, don’t swallow it immediately but hold it at the back of the throat for several seconds.
