Refreshing Mint Tea Recipe for Upset Stomach
Having been used as herbal medicine in Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome, mint has well deserved its reputation as herb healer due to the amazing health benefits it introduces to the overall body.

- 8-10 mint leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp. honey ( optional)
Put the dried mint leaves and the cloves in boiling water ans steep for 4-5 minutes. Put it aside for another 4-5 minutes, strain it and let it cool down. Then add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the honey, stir it well and the tea is ready for use. Enjoy!
Note: You can prepare large amount of the tea and store it in the fridge so that you can use it for 2 days more.
