Raw Pasta Recipe-Perfect Idea for Delicious Lunch!

Raw Pasta Recipe

Raw pasta ingredients:

For 4 portions, it is necessary:
4 large zucchini
2 cups of pea
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 large carrot, grated
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons grated peel of an organic lemon
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste.
For the dressing:
1 1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for 2 hours and washed)
3/4 cup water
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp Himalayan salt.

Cut the zucchini into strips the width of 1cm, add all other ingredients and mix well in a large bowl. In a blender, mix all ingredients for the sauce and whisk at top speed to get a smooth paste. Pour time “paste” Zucchini and all mix well. Divide into 4 bowls and garnish with parsley.
