- 3-4 tbsp. ground walnuts
- 1-2 tbs. ground almonds
- 2 apples
- 1 banana
- 1/2 orange juice
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp honey( optional)
Chop the apples and slice the banana and put them in a blender.Squeeze fresh orange juice and mix it with the water.Add them in the blender as well.
At the end, finish with ground walnuts, almond and honey.Blend until it gets smooth and creamy
Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and you are prepared for tasting longevity.

Walnut-Honey Longevity Booster
- jar of organic honey
- 2 cups walnuts ( 300-400 grams)
- 1 cup crushed walnuts (150 grams)
