Homemade Guacamole (Vegan)
Delicious and chunky Homemade Guacamole Vegan, with chopped onions, juicy tomatoes and just the right amount of lime just along with cilantro, cumin and a hint of spice!
Guacamole is one of my absolutely favorite recipes. I make guacamole all the time.As a matter of fact, everyone in my house loves guacamole. We are rarely out of avocados!
I find that when I have extra company at one of my gatherings, I quickly whip up a batch of guacamole and serve it with a bag of tortilla chips.

- 3 avocados (preferably Haas variety)
- 1/2 cup white onions, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- Pinch of cumin
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)Some of the ingredients:
Cut avocados in half, remove seed.
Scoop flesh and place into a bowl.
Add lime juice to slow down oxidation (flesh turning brown).
Add salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Mash with a fork. Stir in garlic, tomato, onion, and cilantro.
You can also place the avocado pit in the guacamole, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to further retard oxidation.
