Homemade Coconut Oil Lotion Bars to Protect and Soften Your Skin
Coconut oil is one of the single most nutritious superfoods you can put in and on your body. It is loaded with lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid. The presence of these acids contributes to coconuts antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, antimicrobial and general body nourishing properties.
Coconut oil is an amazing oil that is known to rebuild our skin tissue. It should be used regularly for the elimination of wrinkles. Homemade Coconut Oil Lotion Bars
– 1 Cup Coconut Oil
– 1 Cup Beeswax
– ½ Cup Shea Butter
– 1/3 Cup Almond Oil
– Essential Oils of your Choice
Place all ingredients, except the essential oils in a quart mason jar. Boil a pot full of water placing the uncapped jar sitting inside. Stir regularly until all ingredients melt completely.
Let it cool down, Add oils and stir. Pour into silicone molds.
Once they have fully dried, pop out of the molds and place in mason jars.
