Serving Size-4

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cups bite-size cooked chicken
  • 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced

Salad Seasoning:

  • olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the ingredients and gently toss them.
  2. Add the salad seasoning and serve the salad.
