    I’m not sure I understand correctly, do I drink this after dinner and eat nothing else for the rest of the evening or do I drink it FOR dinner?

      Wendi, the only way in which you’ll lose weight ‘extremely fast’ by drinking this is if you drink it INSTEAD of dinner. When possible, also instead of lunch.

    Correction, I just reread it. It says to drink as your dinner. Not to eat anything else for dinner.
