Cure Headache in 30 Seconds Using This Ancient Chinese Method

Hegu point is a very strong acupuncture point for stress. It is related with upper body relaxation. The pressure on that point stimulates the nerves.
Applying pressure to a dime-sized spot located between the thumb and forefinger can calm anxiety and pain, particularly headaches and dental pain.
What is important first is to locate the point precisely. The best way to find the actual point location is to find where your thumb and pointer finger meet towards the base of your wrist.
Once you have located the area, slide your finger along the bone of your pointer finger about half an inch towards the tip and them come out off of that bone towards your thumb. You may find this point is a little tender.
This point is mainly prescribed for any issue related to the head and face, including:

It is known to trigger uterine contractions. If you are trying to get pregnant, do not use this point after ovulation. However, before ovulation it calms the uterus, moving stuck energy and calming the mind which is helpful in balancing the reproductive system in cases of infertility. It is not recommended to use this point for the pain of dysmenorrhea (pain during period) — it can trigger uterine contractions that may worsen the pain.
Process for acupressure:
With the index finger and thumb of your other hand, press the hegu point. Hold the pressure for 30 seconds or until you feel the relaxation in muscles of the fingers. Repeat the procedure when you feel tension and headache caused by stress and fatigue or feeling any body pain mentioned above.
Remember, since acupressure is an energy system, you don’t need to use too much pressure to access these points.
