We recommend you to try this natural treatment and see the amazing results.
It may be strange and difficult not to wash your hair with the cleanser you usually use, but be patient and you will be amazed with the results of the baking soda.
Get a small squeeze bottle and mix 1 part of baking soda and 3 parts of water. This can be adjusted to the length of your hair, for example for longer hair you can mix 2 or 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 3 times that amount of water.
You can put this homemade mixture instead of your shampoo on dry or wet hair. Rub this on your hair from the roots until the end. Leave it to work for about 1-3 minutes and then wash out the hair.
You may think it will be difficult to wash your hair without the extreme foam from the shampoo, but you will find a way to do this and you will get used to using baking soda after you see the final results. Better use warm water to wash out all the remains from the baking soda.
Rinse your hair with vinegar after you have washed the baking soda shampoo.
For the vinegar mixture you will need 1 part of apple cider vinegar and 4 parts of water. You can also add a few drops of peppermint, lavender and rosemary essential oil if you want to avoid the vinegar smell on your hair.
If you decide to try out the baking soda shampoo we suggest that you prepare the vinegar rinse ahead and keep it in your bathroom for the next wash.
When you apply the vinegar rinse tilt you head back and close your eyes, in order to avoid getting some of the vinegar mixture in the eyes.
Your hair will look better than ever before and you will be satisfied with the results.
