    Hi I have a question, it says drink 4 times a day but not how much to drink?
    Do you mean mix the recipe up and divide into 4 equal parts over the course of a day or mix the whole recipe up each time 4 times a day? The first seems not enough and the latter would be expensive with 16 grapefruit per day???
    Can you please advise.
