8 Foods To Never Eat When You Have Joint Pain
Joint pain can prevent us from doing our daily tasks, and can make even the slightest movements painful, also it can lead to a lot of discomfort, inflammation and swellings as well. Many people around the world are suffering from this type of pain, no matter how old they are.
This pain can variate, it can become from acute to chronic, from mild to severe. Mainly the joint pain is triggered by arthritis and gout, of course some other issues may cause it such as dislocated or broken bones, strained muscles, fibromyalgia, bursitis, lupus, leukemia and injuries. Also it can be triggered from certain types of foods, while some types of foods can soothe it.

Red & Processed Meat
Nitrite and purine are contained in the processed and red meats, and they can cause an inflammation, and they have other toxins such as products AGEs and glycation. Sugar & Artificial Sugars
AGEs and inflammation can be triggered by artificial sugars and excess sugar amounts. The inflammation agents called cytokines are triggered by the sugar. Also weight gain and pressure on the joints are caused from sugar.
Also sweet drinks and sodas contain sugar and you should avoid them. Also there is a study from 2014 in which it was proven that these types of foods and drinks are the main cause for rheumatoid arthritis in women.
So, you might want to start avoiding candies, sodas, sugar, sweets, pastries, cereals that contain sugar and snacks and start using molasses, Stevia and honey instead.

The salt we are using for our meals is very rich in additives and many other chemicals that are dangerous for us. Avoid table salt if you want to prevent yourself from losing calcium from your body. So, if you are consuming a food that contains more salt, make sure you replace it with sea salt or Himalayan salt.
The omega-6 acids are very bad for our overall health, and they are contained in huge amounts in the corn oil. There is a study in which it was proven that these acids are triggering inflammation, the study was published by the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism.
So you might want to start avoiding safflower oil, grape seed oil, salad dressings, peanuts and soy. Don’t remove these acids entirely from your diet but make sure you intake them moderately.
