4 Mouth-Watering Pumpkin Smoothies for Perfect Day3Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 persimmon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions:

Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with the cinnamon. Let is stay for 5 minutes. Then chop the apple and peel the persimmon and combine them together with the pumpkin puree. Blend all the ingredients for 1-2 minutes and the refreshing smoothie is ready to be served.
